Designated Safeguarding Lead - Child & Adult

This is an important role within all organisations who work with children and adults. This course will equip those operating as a Designated Safeguarding Lead or Deputy. The competencies delivered will follow the Intercollegiate Document, ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children’ and the safeguarding requirements outlined by Charity Commission for charitable organisations.

Description

The aim of this course is to provide Designated Safeguarding Leads and Deputies with the skill sets, competencies, and confidence to carry out the role of managing safeguarding in your organisation. This will in turn protect children, young people, and adults your staff may encounter.
